We handle all aspects of the project with absolute confidentiality throughout. 

 

General Residential

Total Project Integration provide services to a wide range of residential projects including strategic land, new build, refurbishment and regeneration across the UK. 

These types of projects range from private dwellings for single clients to large housing developments for local authorities, private landlords, speculative developers and family estates.

We provide Project Management and Quantity Surveying services from RIBA Stage 0/feasibility and master planning stages and infrastructure through to turnkey completion.

 

Build to Rent (BTR)

The Build to Rent sector is an emerging sub-sector of the residential market. 

TPI are very active in this emerging sector of the market with several schemes currently underway across the country with our Build to Rent clients.

 

Affordable Housing

We have undertaken a number of schemes in the affordable housing market. 

We are also involved in residential developments where there is a requirement under the Section 106 Agreement for an affordable element on the development, social rent or shared ownership, acting for both private developers and housing associations.

 

Office to Residential Conversion

As a result of the changes to permitted development legislation we have seen increasing activity in the office to residential conversion market. TPI have undertaken many schemes within this sector. 

 

Student Accommodation

Universities are increasingly faced with the challenges of providing purpose-built accommodation for their students, meeting the needs the students, whilst balancing cost, quality and maintenance.

TPI has extensive experience of managing new build, refurbishments and extensions of student accommodation across the UK. 

We work closely with our clients to ensure that the end product delivers the needs of the students the university, the operator and the developer.
