Warehouse and Industrial Construction Consulting

Our experience of the warehousing and industrial market includes storage facilities for all kinds of goods including grain silos, storage tanks, general merchandise and refrigerated warehousing.  This market has seen substantial growth due to government infrastructure investment including the development of HS2, affording more rapid freight transport up and down the UK, and Covid-19 pandemic which has driven food and general retail sales online. We have seen increased demand from warehousing operators for distribution sites, data centres and non-central storage and warehousing projects.

Total Projection Integration continues to offer specialist services to this sector where we have offered our comprehensive and broad experience for several years on projects and developments both new build, re-developments or ‘repositioning’ projects and refurbishments.

Our infrastructure experience delivering complex road, rail and car parking for our clients including the Ports Authority, and major mixed-use developments contributes to projects with which we are involved, and we can demonstrate experience and contribute with our Project Management and Quantity Surveying advice to all aspects of this sector.
