The refurbishment and fit-out of two luxury Victorian Villas in Kensington including the installation of sister basements.

The opportunity

Both 4-storey houses were first extended downwards, with the construction of basements, which each included a swimming pool, home cinema and gym.

The challenge

The properties boast 1860's retained facades, which needed to be well maintained during the development process.

The outcome

Both super prime properties are finished to the highest specification with bespoke touches including beautiful stonework and integrated light fittings.
