Project: Demolition of existing office block and new build of 52 high quality residential apartments.

52 high quality residential apartments over one block to seven stories, with car parking and plant space, hard and soft landscaping and shared communal areas.

The opportunity

The development was purchased with an office building in-situ and an existing planning permission. Total Project Integration were appointed by the joint developer to oversee the design, procurement and construction.

The challenge

To demolish the existing office block and build out a full footprint on a logistically challenging and brownfield site. This consisted of a single access point, in close proximity to adjacent residential apartments, a trading estate, the district line and a busy thoroughfare.

The outcome

Total Project Integration successfully delivered the 52 high quality residential apartments in line with the client’s objectives, on programme, within budget and to quality.
