The soft refurbishment of 219 ensuite student flats and 40 cluster kitchens.

The opportunity

The works included modern decoration, new flooring, new furniture and the deep cleaning of all 5 blocks in the building.

The challenge

Many of the rooms were occupied at the time of the works so we had to coordinate the continual movement of students. This required moving the students into alternative, temporary flats and then back into the refurbished accommodation on completion.

The outcome

The project was completed on time and to budget.
