Double Fast-track Fitout Completion in Berwick Street

On the 18th June, the Total Project Integration team celebrated the completion of two further successful, fast-track office fitouts in Berwick Street. The fast turnaround from our appointment to the completion of the projects demonstrated our team’s diligent work as Project Managers, Employer’s Agents, Quantity Surveyors and Principal Designers on the two phases of the project for two separate clients.
Due to our extensive experience in the office sector, we were approached by our clients to oversee the fitout of their new offices, one of which was to coincide with the launch of a new company. This unique experience was to create high quality, flexible office space to support the next chapter in our client’s journeys. With this in mind, it was important to complete the projects on time. Due to our meticulous planning and crisis management the 4th floor programme took 40 days from start on site to completion and the 5th floor 46 days.
The ability to adapt to a new COVID 19 compliant way of working, and the new border restrictions were the main issues faced during the project. This was particularly demonstrated on the 5th Floor, as the new border regulations led to a delay in the furniture delivery. Therefore, to ensure the project was completed and to accelerate our client’s office move in date, temporary furniture was sourced to enable a prompt return to work.
Both floors have been finished to the highest quality, including bespoke joinery, mechanical & electrical design and installation, new kitchen, IT / AV fit-out, decorative artwork, Crittall glazing systems and furniture design and installation.
