Project: The design and build refurbishment of two existing office buildings in Maidstone town centre.

Total Project Integration were appointed as project managers, cost consultants and employer’s agents on the redevelopment of two existing commercial properties in Maidstone, on behalf of Bizspace Ltd.

Works included a full soft strip to create managed workspace units within both buildings.

 

The opportunity

Kestrel and Knightrider Houses are two very different buildings in a desirable location in the centre of Maidstone. Total Project Integration were appointed to assist BizSpace with the delivery of the conversion of both buildings.

The challenge

Knightrider House is a Grade II listed building. Converting the existing rooms and common areas into a modern, contemporary space whilst adhering to the listed building consent was a challenge.

The outcome

Total Project Integration assisted BizSpace to successfully deliver 50 highly desirable, fully managed offices in the heart of Maidstone.
