Design and build of a new standalone managed workspace centre in Ashford.

The opportunity

New build construction of a flagship enterprise centre in Ashford. The works included the construction of a new access road for a separate development partner which acted as the main site access, construction of a two-storey steel frame structure and final fit-out which was undertaken through an external design consultant.

The challenge

To design and construct a new access road for a separate development entity with extensively poor ground conditions.

The outcome

These works provide significant opportunities to the Ashford region for small business to engage into short term flexible lease agreements, which assists with overall SME development in the area.
