The refurbishment of Stoner House to create 137 residential units in West Sussex

The opportunity

To take an occupied commercial building in a highly desirable location in Crawley town centre with great residential potential and convert it into modern apartments for the rental market.

The challenge

The main contractor went into insolvency part way through the project. Total Project Integration tendered the partially complete project and managed to secure a fixed price for the completion of the works.

The outcome

137 new apartments were successfully delivered for the client with minimal disruption to the development process
