Two-phase, high-end office fitout in central London for Ares HQ.

The opportunity

Ares Management appointed Total Project Integration to manage the CAT B fit out of their new headquarters across the 5th and 6th floors of New Burlington Street. The first phase delivered the 6th floor, while the second followed two years later to accommodate the relocation of another Ares office into their long-term base. Working closely with the interior designer, TPI helped create a high-quality, modern workplace in line with the wider building upgrade.

The challenge

The 6th floor works were carried out while the wider building was still under construction, allowing fit out to progress quickly with minimal disruption. By contrast, the 5th floor fit out took place in a fully occupied building, requiring careful coordination with neighbouring tenants. TPI ensured clear communication throughout to minimise disruption and maintain momentum across both phases.

The outcome

Both phases were delivered efficiently, to a high standard, and within budget. The result was a cohesive, high-quality workplace tailored to Ares Management’s needs. The success of the project led to further commissions with Ares.
