The project delivers 10,200 sq ft of high quality Residential including duplex apartments, 4,700 sq ft of CAT A office space and 3,500 sq ft of retail.

The scheme was over 7 storeys with retail on the ground and 6th floors of flats, the office space was on two levels to the side.

The opportunity

This scheme allowed us to further our working relationship with O’Callaghan properties, with whom we have now undertaken a variety of projects, and to highlight our expertise across sectors.

The challenge

The site is located in London’s busy centre, which presented various, city-specific issues. Working above the Northern Line underground facilitated the need for movement monitoring installation. We also oversaw the changing of the buildings foundations from piling to pads to overcome the interference of the underground. Additionally, as the building is bordered by two main roads, we had to overcome the limitations and organisation of working on a tight site.
