The full internal refurbishment of a 55,000sqft existing office building, to create 126 new residential units in Croydon, London.

The opportunity

Office to residential development under permitted development legislation. The building was stripped back to a bare shell as part of this development.

The challenge

The constrain of completing the construction programme in only 8 months with over £4M of works was particularly challenging for the team.

The outcome

The project was completed on time and within the client’s budget. It was handed over to Croydon Council shortly after practical completion.
