The opportunity

TPI was engaged by Manhattan Loft Corporation to provide strategic advice on the renovation of the former Midland Grand Hotel. The project aimed to restore the grandeur of this historic landmark while ensuring efficient cost and risk management.

The challenge

As the project developed, it became clear that a new approach was needed. TPI stepped in to review the existing strategy and recommend a more effective procurement route and contract setup that better suited the project’s needs.

The outcome

TPI’s input helped bring structure and clarity to a challenging build. With a refreshed delivery plan in place, the project moved forward with greater confidence, supporting the transformation of this much-loved heritage landmark.
