A fast-tracked design and build of a vibrant early years nursery, completed within three months.
The opportunity
TPI oversaw the full internal fit-out of an existing building to deliver a modern, fully operational nursery in West London. The project included the creation of a new outdoor garden and playground, delivered through a separate contractor. Bright furniture and interactive play areas were installed to create a welcoming, child-focused environment.
The challenge
The design had to reflect both budget constraints and the needs of multiple stakeholders, drawing on prior sector experience. The project also required careful coordination with another contractor on a compact site, where access and logistics demanded particular attention.
The outcome
The completed nursery is now a colourful, engaging learning space, with playful interior design and bespoke play areas. TPI delivered a turnkey solution on time, creating a safe and stimulating environment for future students.
