Petersfield Warehouse Demolition and Refurbishment

We are pleased to announce the successful part-demolition of an existing bespoke warehouse extension, to create c.80,000ft2 logistics/distribution facility, with a significantly enhanced yard area and ancillary office space in Petersfield. The premises is located strategically on the A3, 20 minutes north of Portsmouth.

The work has now begun to refurbish the existing site into a modern, ‘CAT A’ standard office and warehouse space for our client PrimeBox and Cedar Invest. This project represents a significant investment in this existing asset, providing a refurbished property to meet an EPC ‘A’ rating. TPI are appointed as Project Managers, Cost Consultants and Employer’s Agents on the entirety of the project
