IIP Platinum Success

Total Project Integration have been re-awarded Investors in People Platinum.

It is a huge achievement to be awarded IIP Platinum once, but to be reaccredited is a rare feat. We are so honoured to announce that after three years of holding Platinum status we have been granted this accolade again for a further three years. This adds a cherry on top of our 40th anniversary year, giving us one more thing to celebrate.

We talk about our staff a lot and how integral they are to us as business. This award really highlights that we practice what we preach, and that employee engagement and training is vital to our success. Our MD, Jane Hewitt, is a trailblazer in HR and people management, without her vision we wouldn’t have this prestigious award and such a high employee satisfaction and retention rates.

Only 7% of organisations achieve Platinum status and we are incredibly proud to be in that 7%. Thank you to all our staff who have worked towards this accreditation and for everything they achieve on a daily basis.
