Howdon Yard: Before & After

We are proud to announce the successful completion of the Howdon Yard Redevelopment project for Port of Tyne. TPI worked as Project Manager, Cost Consultant and Owner’s Engineer on the redevelopment of the site to reinstate it as an operational area for the port and prospective tenants.

Works include the reinstatement of pavements and drainage, recladding the transit shed complete with new lighting and doors, reinstatement of the boundary fence and high mast lighting.
