EPC Works for BizSpace Portfolio

TPI have been appointed on BizSpace’s framework to improve the EPC rating of their Commercial Portfolio. Alongside sustainable engineering specialists Envision, TPI are pleased to be working as PM, QS and EA on a strategic, UK-wide energy efficiency upgrade of BizSpace’s existing commercial buildings in order to achieve a “B” EPC rating to aid compliance with the minimum energy efficiency standards (MEES).

Each site brings unique challenges and opportunities due to their very nature (from offices, studios, workshops to light industrial), age and condition.

It is a priority to BizSpace that all works are carried out with minimal disruption to their tenants, therefore, allowing clients to focus on their business without any impact to their operations.

These improvements will facilitate our client’s strategic vision in providing more sustainably minded managed workspaces.
