Over the past four decades, we have evolved from a small startup into a significant SME in our industry, thanks to the unwavering support of our clients and employees.

Our journey began with a vision to create a company who found solutions that make a difference. Through the years, we have embraced change, adapted to new technologies, and continuously strived for excellence. Our success is a testament to the hard work and passion of our team, who have consistently gone above and beyond to meet the needs of our clients.

This is further validated by our achievement of Investors in People Platinum. After holding Platinum status for three years, we are honoured to have been awarded Platinum for a further three, particularly in such a seminal year of TPI’s history. In our 40th year, our team remains dedicated to striving for excellence and embodying our core values of honesty, integrity and transparency.
