Plans have been unveiled for the regeneration of Navyard, Harwich, an existing 10 acre container port into a new mixed use development. 

Total Project Integration has been working with client Mann Lines, Campbell Reith, Structural Engineers and Gaunt Francis Architects, to develop a community engagement initiative and pre-application consultatation for the town's regeneration and masterplan providing increased public access and marina.

The new town quarter will benefit from additional quality homes, new employment workspaces, food outlets, a market square, open space, local theatre and promenade.
